Welcome to Sefton Segedin. When you choose to purchase our products, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

TO ORDER

When you decide on which piece you would like to purchase simply: 

- Add to cart

- In the comments section add anything you would like to mention, such a framing colour etc

- Check out

- Enter your details

- Complete your purchase

- You will then receive an automatic order confirmation email

 

PRICING
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Sefton Segedin (Sefton and Sefton Pty Ltd), reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. Delivery charges are not included in the artwork price.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION


We ship within Australia and Internationally. 

Shipping within Australia flat rate $15

International shipping unframed flat rate $25 or framed $45

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from Sefton Segedin, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

Within Australia once dispatched deliveries take up to 4 - 7 days. A tracking number is provided you can track your item. 

International orders can take up to 2 weeks depending your location. A tracking number is provided you can track your item. If you purchase more than 1 framed item for international shipping, shipping will be charged to each item. For unframed it it a flat rate of $25. 

RETURNS

Commissions / Personalisation

We do not offer returns on commission art works or personalised art works. If you have requested a unique size or specific artwork, once paid, this is a commitment for us to create this art for you. If you have requested a personal message or name on an artwork, once paid, you have made a commitment to proceed with this work.

For other returns
If for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be exchanged if the below procedures/terms are met.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original packaging attached
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date

How to make a return:

  1. Check that you meet all the conditions above
  2. Contact Sefton Segedin at hayleyandmimi@gmail.com to get a Return Authority Number (RA#)
  3. Returned items must be send back using the same method of transport that we used - note that the cost of freight is paid by you 
  4. Once you have been given approval, we will advise the delivery return address

In considering any application for refund or exchange, Sefton Segedin reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight and for hanging, using two hooks in each top corner per frame.
